Our passionate instructors are committed to guiding students towards achieving balance in their lives, fostering an inclusive community that empowers each individual on their wellness journey.

We believe everyone can do yoga & pilates - as it's not about levels or fitness, it's about learning to listen to your own body and enjoying moving it in a way that helps you feel more confident, builds your inner strength and leaves you feeling mentally and physically stronger.

A safe space to make time for your selfcare for both your body and mind. You don't need any experience to come to a class and we don't believe in having class levels. 

Just arrive as you are and without judgement on yourself our others. We want everyone who comes through the door to feel welcome and safe.
